2. I currently am hosting with another website host, will I have any downtime during the switch to your hosting services?
No, you will not have any downtime at all. We can build your website and once you are ready the nameservers can be transferred over to our nameservers.

3. Can I make regular backups of my website in case of an emergency?
Yes, we encourage you to make frequent backups of your website in case something happens. We do make backups of your website as well, but it is always best that you have your own copy and make it a regular routine to backup your database and html pages for your own security.
4.Would my site be capable of having downloads? Example: e-patterns, scrapbooking products.
Yes, if you choose to go with an ecommerce website with us, our program offers the feature of having downloads for patterns, music, and graphics, etc.
